These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the o9b platform and its users. o9b is an online gaming platform that provides Sports Betting, casino games, slots, bingo, and other entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 200,000 (subject to change based on VIP tier).
• Standard withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination if detected:

O9b reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason. Accounts are typically closed under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• When a voluntary break has been requested under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Any remaining balance is generally refunded before account closure, though this may not apply in cases of rule violations. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.
